Onboard friends as a small social organism. The win is not signups. The win is one person creating a tag another person understands without a product manager standing nearby, which is how civilization briefly pretends to work.

Seven-day game

The test is social comprehension, not dashboard elegance.

Day 1: IDs

Each person picks an ID that feels like a nickname, not an account number. Example: lydia1, bodega, mallrats.

Day 2–3: first spells

Each person renders one received tag, then authors one themselves. If they need a lecture, the interface failed. Tragic, but customary.

Day 4–7: group object

Create one group collection. Everyone contributes one item. Then watch for repeat use without prompting. That is the first real signal.

Local operator surface. Changes persist in this browser via localStorage. Export JSON when the organism evolves; otherwise the machine will forget, which is honest but inconvenient.
